Royal Jelly Extract Tincture — 1 oz (30 mL)
A concentrated liquid royal jelly extract in a 1 oz (30 mL) amber dropper bottle. Royal jelly is the secretion worker bees produce to feed the queen, and it is the only food she eats for her entire life. It is prized as a nutrient-dense whole food rather than as an isolated compound, and the marker used to grade it is 10-HDA (10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid), often called queen bee acid because it is found in royal jelly and essentially nowhere else in nature.
This extract is standardized to 2% 10-HDA, so the potency is a measured figure rather than a guess. Each 1 mL serving delivers 100 mg of fresh royal jelly extract powder, and each bottle holds 3,000 mg across 30 servings.

Take 1 mL. Do not exceed 3 mL per day. Shake well before each use. Hold under the tongue briefly before swallowing, or add to water, tea or juice.
Why a liquid extract
A tincture skips the disintegration step a tablet or capsule has to go through, and it lets you scale your own serving in fractions of a millilitre rather than being locked to whatever a capsule holds. The amber glass keeps light off the extract, which is why the bottle is dark rather than clear.
Storage
Keep the bottle capped at all times and store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
