Tiers are based on your total spending over the last 12 months. Spend $250+ to reach Silver, $750+ for Gold, or $2,000+ for Platinum. Upgrades are instant — downgrades have a 30-day grace period.

Do my points expire?

Yes — points expire 12 months after they're earned. This encourages regular redemption and keeps the program sustainable. You can always check your balance and expiry dates in your account dashboard.

What happens to my points if I'm inactive?

Accounts with no purchase activity for 24 months are considered dormant, and accumulated points may be reset. Stay active with even one order a year to keep your balance.

Do I earn points on subscription renewals?

Yes! Every subscription renewal earns points at your current tier rate, just like a regular purchase. Plus, active subscribers are automatically placed in the Silver tier or higher.
