What is kratom?

Kratom is the common name for the Mitragyna speciosa, a tree that originates in Southeast Asia.

 

What’s the difference between different types of kratom?

There are several different types of kratom on the market: powder, capsules, and extract. Kratom powder usually consists of crushed, dried leaves and is a bit stronger. Extract is a sticky substance that is left after lengthy boiling and straining of leaves and is stronger than plain leaves.

 

How do I choose the right kratom strain?

We recommend reading the descriptions of our various products to get a feel for what strain or blend will provide you with the effect that you’re looking for. If you’re not sure what you’re looking for, try a few different strains! If you have any questions about various strains or blends, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer care representatives. 

 

Which is the most potent kratom strain? 

Potency is more characteristic dependent on growing conditions, the age of the tree and leaves, and the way in which the kratom is processed rather than the particular strain. For example, one of the reasons that wild-harvested kratom tends to be of higher quality is that the growing conditions and age of the trees are conducive to developing a potent alkaloid profile.  Additionally, in terms of processing, powders are more potent than leaves and extracts are more potent than powders. 

What is the Red Enhanced kratom strain?

Our enhanced strain contains 10% 50x extract and 90% kratom leaf powder.

  

What is 50X kratom?

It’s a powerful extract of kratom and is made by using 50 kilos of kratom powder and processing it into one kilo of shimmery extract. 

 

 

Shipping

 

How fast do you ship?

We offer same day/next business day shipping. Monday through Friday, our cut-off time for same-day shipping is 1:00 PM EST. If your order is placed after 4 PM EST on Friday or over the weekend your order will be shipped the next business day.

 

Is pickup available?

Currently, we only ship orders and do not have a pickup location.

 

Why didn’t I get my order on the date that I expected?

You may experience delays if there’s an issue with your payment, your address shows invalid on our shipping system, or if you left special instructions on your order that need further review. We guarantee that we will purchase the shipping label you select when placing your order (or we’ll refund the difference) and that it will be delivered to USPS/UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times. We cannot control any delays caused by USPS/UPS.

 

Can you intercept my package?

No, once an order has shipped we do not make any changes.

 

Why hasn’t my tracking number updated yet?

If you see that your tracking update says “shipping label created” it means we have printed the label and your order is ready for USPS to pick up that day. Usually, the tracking will update on the next scan by USPS. Sometimes, USPS will miss scanning a package on the pick-up that day. If they accidentally miss scanning your parcel, it will usually update at the next USPS stop. I need to update my address!

Please message support about a change of address as quickly as possible. Our shipping software corrects and verifies incorrect addresses automatically but to ensure no issues, please message support about the change as soon as you realize. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately we can no longer make any changes.

 

Can you reship my order? I didn’t receive it because it was shipped to the wrong address due to an input error.

Unfortunately, we can only resend it if the order has been returned to the sender. If the shipping address is different from your billing address, please put the shipping address in the notes at the checkout. If we see that the package was returned to the sender we will reship your order but you are responsible for the shipping cost. Most of our orders include free shipping so if the error is customer related the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

 

Payment

Why does my order show “Processing A” or “Processing 1”?

This means your payment is still being processed.

 

Why did I receive an international transaction fee?

We use an international payment processing system and some banks charge for you to use this feature.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Right now we only accept credit cards, debit, and CashApp.

 

International Orders

How long do international orders take to be delivered?

International delivery times vary but can take up to 1-3 weeks to be delivered.

 

How do I track my package once it has left the US Post office?

You can track your package with your USPS tracking label, once your order has shipped we are no longer responsible for your order. We do not guarantee shipping for international orders for various reasons. Most of our customers do not have issues with shipping or customs, however, in the event that you experience an issue unfortunately the order cannot be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we will always do our best to resolve your issue.
