What is kratom?

Kratom is the common name for Mitragyna speciosa, a tree that originates in Southeast Asia. However, it’s most often used to describe the leaves used to make Kratom products.

What’s the difference between different types of kratom?

There are several different types of Kratom on the market. Here are the main ones:

Leaves: Kratom is sometimes offered as solid dried leaves, letting users do what they want with it. Crushed Kratom leaves are also sold, which are good for brewing Kratom teas.

Powder: Dried leaves can be ground into a fine Kratom powder. This powder can be taken directly, mixed in with drinks and food, or brewed to make a tea.

Capsules: Pre-measured powder in identical capsules. Kratom capsules are good for people who want a consistent experience.

Extracts: Through a careful process of straining and evaporating a solution of Kratom-steeped solvent (typically water or alcohol), the alkaloids that give Kratom its amazing properties can be extracted. Kratom extracts are highly concentrated and much stronger than traditional powder. These concentrates are used to make Kratom edibles and liquid Kratom shots

How do I choose the right Kratom strain?

We recommend reading the descriptions of our various products to get a feel for what strain or blend will provide you with the effect you’re looking for. If you’re not sure what you’re looking for, try a few different strains! If you have any questions about various strains or blends, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer care representatives

What is the most potent Kratom strain? 

Potency depends more on growing conditions, the age of the tree and leaves, and the way the Kratom is processed rather than the particular strain. For example, one of the reasons that wild-harvested Kratom tends to be of higher quality is that the growing conditions and age of the trees are conducive to developing a potent alkaloid profile.

Additionally, the level of processing Kratom goes through determines potency. Powders are more potent than leaves and extracts are more potent than powders. 

What is the Red Enhanced kratom strain?

Red Enhanced Kratom is less of a strain and more of a blend of extract and powder. This enhanced strain contains 10% 50x extract and 90% kratom leaf powder.

What is 50x kratom?

50x Kratom is a powerful extract made from 50 kilos of kratom powder. It’s processed into one kilo of shimmery extract. We sell 50x Kratom powder and 50x Kratom capsules.

Shipping

How fast do you ship?

We offer same-day shipping Monday through Friday for all orders placed before 1 PM EST. Orders placed after 1 PM EST or on weekends and holidays, will be shipped on the next business day. 

Is pickup available?

Currently, we only ship orders. We do not have a pickup location.

Why didn’t I get my order on the date that I expected?

You may experience delays if there’s an issue with your payment, your address is flagged as invalid on our shipping system, or if you left special instructions on your order that need further review. We guarantee that we will purchase the shipping label you select when placing your order (or we’ll refund the difference) and that it will be delivered to USPS/UPS for shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times and we cannot control any delays caused by USPS/UPS.

Can you intercept my package?

No. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.

Why hasn’t my tracking number updated yet?

If you see that your tracking update says “shipping label created” it means we have printed the label and your order is ready for USPS to pick up that day. Usually, the tracking will update on the next scan by USPS. Sometimes, USPS will miss scanning a package on the pick-up that day. If they accidentally miss scanning your parcel, it will usually update at the next USPS stop. Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking to update before messaging our support about the issue. I need to update my address! What should I do?

Please message support about a change of address as quickly as possible. Our shipping software corrects and verifies incorrect addresses automatically, but to ensure there are no issues, please contact us as soon as you realize it needs to be manually changed. If the order has already shipped, we unfortunately can no longer make any changes.

Can you reship my order? I didn’t receive it because it was shipped to the wrong address due to an input error.

Unfortunately, we can only resend orders if the order has been returned to us. If the shipping address is different from your billing address, please put the shipping address in the notes at checkout. If we see that the package was returned, we will reship your order. However, you are responsible for the shipping cost. Most of our orders include free shipping, but if the error is due to customer error, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Payment

Why did I receive an international transaction fee?

We use an international payment processing system. Some banks consider this an international transaction, so they may charge for you to use this feature, regardless of the fact it is a domestic error. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What payment methods do you accept?

Right now, we accept credit cards, debit, and CashApp.

International Orders

How long do international orders take to be delivered?

International delivery times vary. Orders can take between 1-3 weeks to be delivered, though delays in transit and in customs can make that even longer.

How do I track my package once it has left the USPS office?

You can track your package with your USPS tracking label. Once your order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for your order. We do not guarantee shipping for international orders for various reasons, such as issues in transit or customs inspections. Most of our customers do not have issues with shipping or customs. However, in the event that you experience an issue, the order cannot be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we promise we will always do our best to resolve your issue.
