Hawthorn Berry Extract Tincture — 1 oz (30 mL)
A concentrated liquid hawthorn berry extract in a 1 oz (30 mL) amber dropper bottle. Hawthorn (Crataegus) is one of the oldest botanicals in the European herbal tradition, and its berries are the part richest in the flavonoid and oligomeric proanthocyanidin compounds it is valued for. This is a 10:1 extract, so each 100 mg serving is drawn from roughly a gram of berry. Each bottle delivers 3,000 mg of hawthorn berry extract across 30 servings.

Suggested use

Why a liquid extract
A tincture skips the disintegration step a tablet or capsule has to go through, and it lets you scale your own serving in fractions of a millilitre rather than being locked to whatever a capsule holds. The amber glass keeps light off the extract, which is why the bottle is dark rather than clear.
