Step-By-Step Guide

Step 1: Take around 10 tablespoons of fresh lye and mix it up with 9 ounces of distilled water. Step 2: Take forty tablespoons of coconut oil and start melting it at a low temperature. Note: Never add water to the lye because it is not safe. You should always add lye to the water. Don’t forget to use safety glasses and gloves while performing Step 2. Step 3: Leave the lye and water mixture for about 15 to 20 minutes. Step 4: Once you are done melting coconut oil, add 20 tablespoons of olive oil and start heating it. Step 5: When the heating temperature level reaches 52 degrees Celsius, add the lye-water mixture into it. Check its temperature using a thermometer. Step 6: Turn your blender on to mix everything well. Step 7: Now, start putting 1 to 2 tablespoons of kratom leaves or powder in the solution obtained from Step 6. Keep on mixing for about 15 to 20 minutes. Stop doing this as soon as you get the desired consistency of your kratom soap. Step 8: Use cupcake liners or soap molds to pour the mixture into them and leave it to get hard for about 24 hours.
