What is Kratom?

A: Kratom is the common name for the Mitragyna speciosa Korthals, a tree that originates in South-East Asia.


What is the difference between different types of Kratom?

A: There are several different types of Kratom on the market: leaves, powder and extract. Dried leaves are the most common form of Kratom. Kratom powder usually consists of powdered leaves and is a bit stronger. Extract is a sticky substance that is left after lengthy boiling and straining of leaves and is stronger than plain leaves.


How do I choose the right Kratom strain?

A: Try a few!! Try a few different colored strains what works for some may not work for others. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.


Which is the most potent Kratom strain?

A: There are various Kratom strains.


Which is the enhanced Kratom strain?

A: Our enhanced strain contains 10% 50x extract 90% Kratom leaf powder.


What is 50X Kratom?

A: It is a powerful extract of the herb and is made by using 50 kilos of Kratom powder and processing it into one kilo of shimmery extract. 



How Fast Do You Ship?

A: We offer same day/next business day shipping, if your order is placed after 4p est or on Friday or over the weekend your order will be shipped the next business day. Monday through Friday our cut-off time is 1:00 pm est this may vary based on order volume, exceptions are not guaranteed.

Is pickup available?
A: We are currently only shipping orders and we do not have a pickup location.


What is the cutoff time for my order to shipped same day?

A: Our daily cutoff time is 1:00 pm eastern standard time.


Why didn’t I get my order the date that I expected?

A: Your order is shipped same day if it’s been paid for by 1pm est. Any orders that are placed after 1pm est will be shipped the next business day. You may experience delays if there’s an issue with your payment, your address shows invalid on our shipping system or if you left special instructions on your order that need further review. We guarantee that we will purchase the shipping label
you select when placing your order (or we’ll refund the difference) and that it will be delivered to USPS/ UPS, however, we do not guarantee shipping times. Once Your package has been  because we can control any delays caused by USPS.


Can you intercept my package?

A: No, once an order has shipped we do not make any changes. 


Why Hasn’t My Tracking Number Updated Yet – “Shipping Label Created”?

A: If you see that your tracking number says “shipping label created” it means
we have printed the label and your order is ready for USPS to pick up that day.
Usually, the tracking will update on the next scan by USPS. Sometimes, USPS will
miss scanning a package on the pick-up that day. If they accidentally miss scanning
your parcel, it will usually update at the next USPS stop (unless they also forget
to scan there as well). Please allow -3 business days for the tracking to update before
messaging our support about the issue.


I Need to Change My Address – Address Mistake

A: It is important to message support about a change of address as quickly as possible.
Our shipping software corrects and verifies incorrect addresses automatically but to ensure no issues,
please message support about the change as quick as possible. If the order has shipped,
we cannot make any changes.


Can you reship my order? I didn’t receive it because it was shipped to the wrong address due to an input error (ex. ave, st, missing apt number)

A: Only if the order is returned to sender. If the shipping address if different please put the shipping address in the notes at the checkout. If we see that the package was returned to sender we will reship your order but you are responsible for the shipping cost. Most of our orders include free shipping so if the error is customer related the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.


Can you reship my order? I didn’t receive it because it was shipped to my billing address

A: Only if the order is returned to sender. If the shipping address if different than the billing address please

put the shipping address in the notes at the checkout.  Most of our orders include free shipping so if the error is customer related the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges


Payment Processing

Why does my order show Processing A or Processing 1?
A: This means that your payment is still being processed.

Why did I receive a international transaction fee on my bank statement? 
A: We use an international payment processing system and some banks charge for you to use this feature.

What payment methods do you accept?
A: Credit/Debit & Cashapp only

International Orders 

How long does international orders take to be delivered?
A: International orders can take up to 1-3 weeks to be delivered 


How do I track my package once it has left the US Post office?
A: You can track your package with your USPS tracking label, once your order has shipped we are no longer responsible for you order. We do not guarantee shipping for international orders for various reasons. Most of our customers do not have issues with shipping or customs, however,  in the event that you experience an issues  but the order will not be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we will always do our best to resolve your issue.
